Bug#495053: problem still persists in version 0.11.6 in Testing

Hi, I can confirm that the problem still persists in version 0.11.6 in Debian Testing. It manifested on my system as broken syntax highlighting in TRAC. No matter what I did, syntax highlighting didn't work. Searching in TRAC logs revealed: Trac[chrome] WARNING: File js/jquery.js not found
