Same error can be reproduced on squeeze (using debootstrap 1.0.19). I
have no sid environment to test at the moment.

If I run deboostrap in squeeze (debootstrap 1.0.19):
1. debootstrap --verbose --variant=minbase squeeze

It looks like gnupg and util-linux depend on dpkg (= 1.15.4) which
has not make its way to squeeze yet.

Yes, you are right. If I included install-info so that it will
workaround dpkg (-1.15.4) dependency.
So the workaround is:
debootstrap --include=install-info
Package: debootstrap
Version: 1.0.19
Severity: normal
I used the following debootstrap command with --variant=minbase:
# debootstrap --verbose --variant=minbase squeeze ./squeeze-chroot \
http://ftp.hk.debian.org/debian
Then, it encounters error when configuring at libbz2-1.0:

After upgrade to lenny and this linux-image-2.6.26-2-xen-686 kernel. My
Dom0 host is no longer stable. I also encounter random reboot few times
a week. I have just updated to the new security kernel
(2.6.26-15lenny2) to see if it could improve.
