Unfortunately it's hard to determine programmatically if it's cruft or not.
You might mark this bug as being blocked by the bugs for the other packages.
Also, getting them cleaned up may help with getting Django updates to migrate
to Testing (not sure).

Looking back at the original mail, it seems like the main complaint is that
the two packages were treated differently. The easiest resolution to that
problem is to go ahead and remove node-autoprefixer. That'll solve the
