In netkit-inetd.postrm (0.10-10.3 in sid) in line 4 there seems a -f
to be missing, because update-rc.d does not remove inetd from rc.d and
thus purging the package fails.

The problem does still occur in Debian Sarge, anyways, with Version
0.5.4-1 and Asterisk 1:1.0.7.dfsg.1-2, I freshly installed asterisk and
had segfaults during calls until I removed rate-engine.

It seemed there is some message like unable to locale package ... But
it is too fast, i can't get the whole message.
With my terminal here I can scroll upwards, I have the same
there the re-edit option is disabled, so I have to
copy the mail I want to re-edit back into the sent-mail folder. Is there
a way to change this behavior?
