The preview of this file is not supported from Orthanc Explorer because
it is an RGB image. Currently, only uncompressed, graylevel images of
8bpp and 16bpp can be converted to PNG by Orthanc.
The support of color images is not (yet) implemented, but it is recorded
in Trello [1].
