simply rebuilding will make the maintainer scripts pickup the newer
missingh dependency, and hence will fix this bug.
However I haven't tested yet if haskell-configfile will still be
functional with the later missingh (though doubt it isn't).

the maintainer scripts in gtk2hs call ghc-pkg. However this is managed
via alternatives by ghc6 , and is only available after ghc6 is in configured
state (which is not guaranteed during an upgrade), causing the upgrade
