Tried to upgrade OTRS from 2.4.9 to 3.0.8 (unstable) without dependencies to
unstable.
After updating OTRS said JSON.pm missing in @INC. But JSON.pm was there, only
json.pl was missing in /cgi-bin/ I couldn't solve the problem. Thus I
downgraded. That worked fine.

a possible solution could be to add a second init script with postgress
support within /usr/share/doc/quassel plus a small readme file describing the
configuration of the init script togehter with the advice to install
libqt4-sql-psql.
