All works fine when sending reports, but I managed to notice a problem
when the first connection attempt fails.
If the second attempt succeeds, then reportbug sends two mails

I have read the preceding emails and I have a question for the Debian
mirroring team.
If we are going to change the source from the actual one to
ftp.ro.debian.org, are we going to be listed in the official mirror
list? Or in the installer's list of mirrors?
