regular, non-snapshot Debian packages) that added this functionality,
debian-browse-url.dpatch. It was added back in 2006 by Romain Francoise,

I think this is the same basic issue, so reopening rather than filing
a new bug. The LaTeX-export feature of org-mode doesn't currently work
even if all Recommends and Suggests packages are installed. I had to
install two additional packages, which I think should therefore probably
be in
Package: org-mode

I tried to reopen #740867 to report this, but either I screwed something
