Hi,
The Debian 11 d-i LOCALE use localechooser:
d-i localechooser/languagelist select
to set LOCALE.
Tho old way debian-installer/locale={locale} in the KERNEL_PARAMS is useless.
The Debian 11 d-i localechooser has some debconf choices, I hope them can
support by simple-cdd.
