"I was using Debian Stable, and Scrcpy version that comes with Stable is 1.17, but version 1.17 doesn't work with phones that have already upgraded to Android 12, take a look at this bug report: https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues/2129. " * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?: I changed my system to Debian Unstable/Sid, and got a modern package. * What was the outcome of this action?: It worked out no problem.
