Another update on this: I submitted a patch upstream to use Glob instead of git to list the files. https://github.com/moneta-rb/moneta/pull/232 ... but I'm not sure it works. The build still fails, but I wonder if it might not be a dependency that's just missing from Debian altogether. The error
