Severity: important
The grcc tool fail in unstable. I tried to use it to build a newer
version of gr-gsm, but failed:
This is what I see:
% /usr/bin/grcc
ImportError
Cannot import gnuradio.
Is the Python path environment variable set correctly?
All OS: PYTHONPATH
Is the library path environment variable set correctly?
Linux: LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Windows: PATH

Setting severity to important, as it make it hard to build extra
gnuradio packages.
