Hello,
I'm bumping the severity of this bug report as the gssdp/gupnp 1.6
transition will start very soon. At that time librm will start to
FTBFS and since there doesn't seem to be any solution to that in sight
right now that will likely result in temporary removal

Dear Maintainer,
New upstream releases of gssdp and gupnp 1.6.0 has broken the ABI
and thus bumped the SONAME. A transition is needed.
The new versions are currently stuck in binary-NEW but should hopefully
soon be available in
