In the current version, the behaviour has changed from what was seen in the initial report. SO_REUSEPORT is exported, but since this constant is not defined in asm/socket.h, using ReusePort in the IO::Socket::INET constructor will eilicit a die "Your vendor has not defined...".
I figure that this is probably the correct behaviour.
