Hi, I think I encountered the same errors. For me the problem was, that the files from ieee80211softmac-headers were sitting in /usr/src/linux-2.6.15/ while my linux-source tree was somewhere beneath /usr/local/src/.
After copying the ieee80211*.h files from the ieee80211softmac to the include/net/ section of my linux-source in /usr/local/src/ I could make-kpkg the bcm43xx module. Sorry, I don't remember the paths exactly. Is it possible that this is bug #351301 not yet fixed? I'm sure I used bcm43xx-source 20060212-3 from testing.
