Followup-For: Bug #365139

after some discussion on irc about this i'm not sure wether using 
binutils-multiarch is the right solution. It could 
well be that the right solution is to make the use of the toolchains binutils 
actually work. which in my case for sh3 
doesn't work. dh_strip failed because it always tried using /usr/bin/strip.
