Package: wesnoth-server Version: 1.1.5-1 Followup-For: Bug #369673 I experienced this problem too. While not a good solution this will allow updates (or removal). Simply create a file /var/run/wesnothd.pid for the process to remove. A text file will do. This will work for users until the package is fixed.
