I have taken a short cut, downloaded the source files and changed
debian/control to create ldap-utils=openssl
debian/configure.options changed it to compile against openssl
build the package and installed seems to work fine (as before).

I was wondering if this is going to be looked at. with the move to perl
5.10 and it associated dependencies, one of them indirectly being
ldap-utils, mean a reliance on the gnutls libraries and thus no access
to encrypted private keys
