Please note this line: checking which ldiskfs series to use... configure: WARNING: Unknown kernel version 2.6.24-1-686, fix ldiskfs/configure.ac lustre is officially only supported for 2.6.18er kernel series. We've ported it to 2.6.22, everything above isn't possible atm. But if you like you can start porting the kernelpatches for 2.6.24/25.
