The upload rate limit is not saved in the preference window. This is pretty anoying because the user can think he won't overload his upload-bandwith the next time thanks to the limit he set, but that won't happen: the upload rate limit will be back to "0". I think this is bug is directly related to the upload rate limit itself, because other preferences are actually kept.
