As this relates to an upgrade between between versions in testing (and
stable does not yet contain movabletype) I don't think there's much to
be done at this time.
I will endeavour to pay attention to template incompatibilities in
future releases, and prompt the user accordingly (probably as an
addition to the debconf note about schema upgrades).
If you disagree and think there's something I should usefully do against
rc3, please reopen this ticket with an explanation.
