Thanks for reporting the wishlist.
I have forwarded it to upstream authors and an xf86-input-tslib hacker.
I personal have no clue how to change the behavior of xf86-input-tslib.
Patches are very welcome. :-)

I have a Neo Freerunner running Debian. It uses xserver-xorg-input-tslib
to drive touchscreen device.
Using xev, I've found that while stylus is kept touched, there are lots of
MotionEvent's generated, mostly with even the
