This behaviour is consistent with other init scripts that mount
pseudo-filesystems. If you think this is wrong, please discuss it on

/etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server stop
then /proc/fs/nfsd is kept mounted. This might be a
problem for HA systems or in a chroot.
