I investigated the consequences of only having a virtual facility name
in the provides header, and this actually cause the init.d script to
not get start and stop symlinks in /etc/rcX.d/. Raising the severity
to serious because of this, as such header causes the

We just recently finally got a fix for the libextractor RC bug that had
been holding up the next fossology upload this whole time. While an NMU
wouldn't hurt, I will be doing an upload soon that fixes some other bugs
and backports a couple fixes from the next

With dependency based boot sequencing, I discovered what I believe is
a slight bug in the init.d script. The provides header is
+++ ./scheduler/defconf/init.d/fossology.in 2009-08-16 19:47:38.0 +02
This is the input file that the Makefile processes and replaces variables.
There _is_ a bug, but it's that it should be {$PROJECT} rather than
${PROJECT}. I just fixed
