Package: postgresql-common
Version: 100
Severity: normal

I tend to agree that #539772 is a specific version of this problem.

The per-database settings that are changed from the default and saved in
the database can be read from pg_database:

        select from pg_database where datname = 'gnumed_v12';

datname       | gnumed_v12
datdba        | 16385
encoding      | 6
datcollate    | de_DE.UTF-8
datctype      | de_DE.UTF-8
datistemplate | f
datallowconn  | t
datconnlimit  | -1
datlastsysoid | 11563
datfrozenxid  | 648
dattablespace | 1663
datconfig     |
{lc_messages=C,sql_inheritance=on,default_transaction_read_only=on}
datacl        |
