Bug#546569: RM: python-numarray dead upstream, replaced by python-numpy

Please remove python-numarray from unstable, it's not maintained upstream, and 
an alternative is available (python-numpy). Bug reports were filed in April 
2008, now increasing the severity of these reports to serious.
