Hi,

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

  * Makefile:
    - fix FTBFS by adding "-r /etc/asciidoc" to the a2x call

We thought you might be interested in doing the same. 

It seems to be a problem with the latest asciidoc that requires the
explicit -r (I'm not sure if this is really a piuparts bug or if
it should rather go to asciidoc though).
