Hi Carsten, I'm not sure why it says no debugging symbols found as I'm sure I had installed icedove-dbg.  How else could that backtrace have line numbers? At the time, I changed to the latest version of Thunderbird, as it was later than debian/unstable's icedove and still experienced the same
