Dear Steve,
another side effect of this bug is a broken RSS feed, because in the RSS feed I
need the UTF-8 character in the title/title tags. At the moment I fix this
with a post-build script which replaces the HTML entity with the respective
UTF-8 character but IMHO chronicle should just work
