Package: elilo Version: 3.12-4 The elilo package installs hooks to get rerun when the initramfs-tools are invoked, or a kernel package is installed. These hooks though completely ignore /etc/kernel-img.conf (configuration file created by kernel-package); in particular the "do_bootloader" option, which was created to specifically DISABLE automatic reinstallation of the bootloader (this is invaluable with /interesting/ setups where the automatic runs break things).
