Package: poppler Severity: important Tags: upstream (This is related to ubuntu #209145)
In Debian, pdfs such as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/poppler/+bug/209145/+attachment/2040496/+files/yes.pdf or http://launchpadlibrarian.net/19751825/dell440.pdf cannot be rendered properly in pdf readers such as okular.
