You are right. I missed to update the kmymoney deb-package from Martins
build. I installed kmymoney2 and kmymoney-common packages only ...
Now it's working as expected.
@Debian Maintainer: Please include this patch into the official debian releases.

I second Martin that you do not run with the patch installed. All you need to
do after the patch has been successfully applied is downloading statements.
This will fix the setting of kbanking-acc-ref. All you need to do is to save
the file. I just verified that here.

in KMyMoney again.
