I've just uploaded mod_rpaf 0.6 as a QA upload. There might be a slight
chance that it fixes your problem. But I've to admit that I've no
knowledge of the Apache API so I can't really help you with debugging
the issue if it persists.
If you'd like to test it, and can't rebuild the package
reassign 636562 libapache2-mod-rpaf
