Severity: normal

This package FTBFS with libpng-dev from experimental:

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I../include -I/usr/include -I../include -Wa
ll -g -pthread -O2 -MT pilot-read-notepad.o -MD -MP -MF .deps/pilot-read-notepad
.Tpo -c -o pilot-read-notepad.o pilot-read-notepad.c
pilot-read-notepad.c: In function 'write_png':
pilot-read-notepad.c:169:31: error: 'png_voidp_NULL' undeclared (first use in th
is function)
pilot-read-notepad.c:169:31: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only o
nce for each function it appears in
pilot-read-notepad.c:170:8: error: 'png_error_ptr_NULL' undeclared (first use in
 this function)
make[4]: *** [pilot-read-notepad.o] Error 1
make[4]: Leaving directory `/build/dom-pilot-link_0.12.5-3-i386-L056rL/pilot-lin
k-0.12.5/src'
make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2

This happens even if libpng-dev is not explicitly selected for
installation from experimental, in preference to libpng12-dev.

Changing the build dependency to libpng12-dev works around this
problem.

It looks like there may be a patch available at
