Yes, I know. faq.html is not being created on the buildds (though it is
here). I was testing my next version when I found out about that.
Oddly, no FTBS bugs were filed.

It appears that the buildds are running binary-arch before binary-indep,
while locally (and previously on the buildds) binary-indep runs first.
Binary-arch runs dh_installdocs which tries and fails to install
faq.html because it has not yet been created. I'll move the faq stuff
into binary-arch

No, they're *only* running binary-arch and have done for a while (since
#229357 finally got fixed in dpkg 1.16.2). buildds don't build arch:all
packages, so there's no
