as you can read in the Debian Bug Tracking system at

a user reported that the Help menu items in Sofa are non-functional. I
verified this with the recently released RC1 and noticed that this
problem did not vanished. I tried to inspect the source

They are all greyed. The cause may be that the docs and the tutorails of sofa
