Package: minitube Version: 1.7-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Since some weeks minitube only plays a few seconds of each video and jumps to the next file. When starting from console one can see that instantly after begin to play a file a message appears saying "About to finish" tree times: ***example/on*** $ minitube QAbstractItemModel::endInsertRows: Invalid index ( 1 , 0 ) in model ListModel(0x92c5728) "http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/?max-results=10&start- index=1&q=linux%20tutorial%20german" Found format 22 "http://www.youtube.com/get_video_info?video_id=IEnf3_0gvts&el=embedded&ps=default&eurl=&gl=US&hl=en" "http://i.ytimg.com/vi/i2X4aUuRTEw/0.jpg" .... It seems it does *not* depend on the minitub version (on an older parallel installation (the same computer) with an older debian/sid, not dist-upraded for some month, the newest minitub played all videos as it should. After an dist- upgrade, minitube (still same version) showed the bugs as mentioned in thios bug report. The kernel version does *not* seem to trigges this bug ( newest minitube with old kernel (3.1) on old system played well, old kernel (3.1) and system after dist-upgrade --> minitube shows bug, new kernel (3.3) and system after dist- upgrade --> minitube shows bug!!! Conclusion: One of the dependencies or one of the components minitube relies on triggers this bug. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.3-1.towo.1-siduction-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages minitube depends on: ii dbus-x11 1.5.12-1 ii gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg 0.10.13-3 ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.23-1 ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.31-1 ii gstreamer0.10-x 0.10.36-1 ii libc6 2.13-27 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.0-1 ii libphonon4 4:4.6.0.0-1 ii libqt4-dbus 4:4.7.4-3 ii libqt4-network 4:4.7.4-3 ii libqt4-xml 4:4.7.4-3 ii libqtcore4 4:4.7.4-3 ii libqtgui4 4:4.7.4-3 ii libstdc++6 4.7.0-1 ii phonon 4:4.6.0.0-1 ii phonon-backend-gstreamer 4:4.6.0.0-1 minitube recommends no packages. minitube suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
