Not sure, why you used \RequirePackage here, I could reproduce the
problem when using \usepackage{graphicx}.

Ultimatetly this is still a bug to fix though, IMO.
But not by us, nor by the TeX Live maintainers, but by the author of invoice.
There is no guarantee and there never has been that all packages can be used
together, nir that if they once were useable together then they will be forever.
