Package: git-annex Version: 4.20131024 Severity: wishlist Hello,
I tried to sync some work folder across several boxes with git annex, unfortunately it seems to ignore git repositories inside the directories. These are separte git directories deep inside that are for separate projects and hence have different histories. I assume that annex ignores any .git, but why could it only ignore the toplevel .git? These .git in lower level directories do need to be treated just as usual files for git-annex to be useful syncing the work across boxes. Currently I fall back to rsync, which is less practical as it requires manual intervention.
