Hi, Those FTBFS bugs have already been fixed with newer upstream release (i.e. 1.7.x). And wine package is version 1.6.x now. It was intended that this wine-unstable provides wine development branch but it's still 1.5.x (<< wine !)
So, I suggest you to upgrade this package to 1.7.x to improve situations.
