PHP Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /usr/share/spotweb/lib/dbeng/dbeng_pdo_mysql.php on line 28 when the database server as set by dbconfig-common is set to the empty string, i.e. localhost. Changing the database host to 'localhost' resolves the problem.
