Hello,

this is no longer true. GMP has been relicensed in April. The GnuTLS 3 stack is 
now effectively dual licensed LGPLv3+ / GPLv2+.

Speaking with my gnutls maintainer head: I do not intend to ship
gnutls26 in jessie.
