php5-mysqlnd is a compatible drop-in replacement for php5-mysql. The API is identical. Depending on php5-mysql with only php4-mysql an alternative (which btw. was removed from Debian a long time ago, before Squeeze even), causes APT to forcibly remove php5-mysqlnd and forces the installation of php5-mysql instead, unnecessarily. Please change the corresponding dependency of the glpi package from: php5-mysql | php4-mysql to: php5-mysql | php5-mysqlnd in stable, testing and unstable.
