When doing the recreation of d/copyright, I found a module that was
distributed with an explicit claim of copyright, but without any open
source licensing in it.  While I believe that the author's intent was to
license it under the GPLv3, as the rest of the project is, there isn't
any documentation to that effect.

I filed an upstream bug about it
(https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-extras/issues/516), but so
far the author has not responded.

In any regards, I've uploaded 1.9.1 to experimental.  I would appreciate
you all taking a look to see if the package still works for you, as I
did make some substantial changes and don't currently have an easy way
to test a full-fledged setup.
