This patch is not effective as Math::Random::ISAAC does not overload the built-in rand() function as the reporter believes it does. Earlier today, kpcli v3.1 was released and it allows for Math::Random::ISAAC to be optionally used in place of the built-in rand() function. An objective evaluation
