Package: linux-image
Version: 4.7.0-0.bpo.1

Hi,

Just upgraded my kernel from 4.6.0-1 to 4.7.0-1, and after this, KDE
failed to start. It just hung forever at start without even the progress
banner displaying.

After downgrading again to 4.6.0-1, everything was fine (but I have a
suspicion that 4.6.0 will not be patched against dirty cow disease as
4.7.0 is out).

Unfortunately, no meaningful error messages in ~/.xsession-errors

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Alain
