when starting gnome-terminal in a Gnome Wayland session, its menu bar is all grayed out (like in unfocused windows) although the window has the focus (and the menu works). While the window is focused, the top bar of the Gnome shell shows a spinning wheel next to its name, as if the Gnome Shell was still waiting for Gnome Terminal to be started.
