I run Debian 9.1 with postgrey 1.36-3 where the bug is still valid. I had to create a file:
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/postgrey.conf with content: d /run/postgrey 0755 root root to be able to reboot my system without problem. Cheers Eggert
