Basically, when I lock the screen (via light-locker), the screen goes black,
but it doesn't turn off. Keystrokes and mouse seem to dead

I can confirm that bug on my laptop, but not only after screen lock.
After closing and then opening the lid screen is turning on, but nothing is
displayed except mouse pointer. If I switch virt console to text and back to

I meant turn on. The screen doesn't turn on on key/mouse activity, only VT
switching would turn it on.

When the greeter screen turn off, no amount of key-bashing
or mouse fiddling would turn it off. It only seems to happen
when locking the screen. VT switching allow the monitor to
turn on. I would expect lightdm to turn on
